Worldly attraction is akin to a mirage (mrig-trisna), where water appears from a distance but vanishes upon arrival. This entire existence is a manifestation of delusion; those who attempt to fathom the depths of this ocean of attachment or seek fulfillment within it inevitably fall and perish in its depths.
