अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि हे राम, मैं आपके द्वार पर आया हूँ ताकि आपसे मिल सकूँ। आप तो सर्वव्यापी हैं और सृष्टि के कण-कण में समाए हुए हैं, लेकिन समस्या यह है कि जब तक मैं अपनी सीमित पहचान में हूँ, मैं आपको नहीं पा सकता, और आप मुझे नहीं पा सकते।

Meaning: Kabir addresses the Divine, stating that he has arrived at the threshold of the Eternal. He acknowledges that while the Divine is omnipresent, permeating every atom of existence, the seeker remains elusive because the ego creates a barrier that prevents the union of the individual soul with the Universal Consciousness.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि पृथ्वी अपने गुणों और धैर्य को जानती है, वह कभी विचलित नहीं होती। उसी प्रकार, एक सच्चा गुरु या साधक धीरे-धीरे, तिल-तिल करके परिपक्व होता है, और इस आंतरिक रूपांतरण का कोई सांसारिक मूल्य या बाजारू मोल नहीं लगाया जा सकता।

Meaning: Kabir asserts that the Earth knows its own inherent virtues and remains steadfast, never wavering. Similarly, a true teacher or seeker evolves gradually, grain by grain, achieving a spiritual maturity that possesses no worldly price and cannot be bought or sold in any marketplace.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि जिस लकड़ी को एक बार जलाया गया, वह फिर से पुकारती है कि अब उसे लोहार के पास ले जाया जाए ताकि उसे फिर से आकार दिया जा सके। यह रूपक शरीर और आत्मा के चक्र, तथा अहंकार के विनाश की प्रक्रिया को दर्शाता है।

अर्थ: इस संसार में अनगिनत पत्थर और रत्न बिखरे पड़े हैं, और हर व्यक्ति स्वयं को उन्हें पहचानने वाला विशेषज्ञ मानता है। परंतु, वास्तव में वह पारखी जो साधारण पत्थर और बहुमूल्य रत्न के बीच के सूक्ष्म अंतर को पहचान सके, वह इस दुनिया में अत्यंत दुर्लभ है।

Meaning: The entire world is filled with stones and gemstones, and everyone claims to be an evaluator of them. However, a true connoisseur who can distinguish a priceless diamond from a common pebble is exceedingly rare in this existence.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि जिस प्रकार लोहे को यदि निरंतर रगड़ा जाए या घिसा जाए, तो उसमें लगी जंग धीरे-धीरे उतर जाती है, उसी प्रकार यदि हम निरंतर सत्संग और आध्यात्मिक चर्चा में लगे रहें, तो हमारे मन पर जमी माया और मोह की परतें धीरे-धीरे समाप्त हो जाती हैं।

Meaning: Kabir explains that just as iron, when rubbed or scrubbed consistently, eventually loses its rust, similarly, through constant spiritual association and the daily practice of divine discourse, the stubborn layers of illusion (Maya) and worldly attachment (Moh) are gradually eroded from the human soul.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि सत्य आँखों के बाहर नहीं, बल्कि मन के भीतर निवास करता है। हमारी पलकें बाहरी दुनिया को देखने में व्यस्त रहती हैं, जबकि असली खजाना अंदर है। मन ही तीनों लोकों का स्वामी है और यदि मन शुद्ध हो जाए, तो ईश्वर की पूजा हर स्थान पर संभव है।

Meaning: Kabir asserts that Truth does not reside outside the eyes but dwells within the mind. While our eyelids blink and race to capture the external world, the real treasure remains internal. The mind is the sovereign ruler of the three worlds, and once the mind is purified, the worship of the Divine becomes possible everywhere.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि यदि कोई व्यक्ति नौ मन दूध इकट्ठा करे, लेकिन उसमें एक छोटी सी बूंद जहर या खटास की गिर जाए, तो सारा दूध फट जाता है और वह कांजी (खट्टा तरल) बन जाता है। इस प्रक्रिया में उस दूध के भीतर छिपा हुआ घी (सार तत्व) भी पूरी तरह नष्ट हो जाता है।

Meaning: Kabir explains that if one gathers nine mounds of pure milk, but a single drop of impurity or acidity falls into it, the entire volume curdles and turns into a sour liquid. In this catastrophic transformation, the precious essence—the butter or ghee—that was latent within the milk is completely destroyed.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि संसार में विनाश और घृणा का प्रभाव बहुत तीव्र है, जो मनुष्य को अंधा कर देता है। लेकिन जो व्यक्ति अपने हृदय में विवेक जागृत करता है, वह सत्य के सार को पहचान लेता है, ठीक उसी तरह जैसे एक टकसाल में शुद्ध सोने को अशुद्धियों से अलग कर लिया जाता है।

Meaning: Kabir asserts that the reign of destruction and the intensity of hatred are overwhelming forces that cloud human perception. However, those who cultivate discernment (Vivek) within their hearts can extract the essence of truth, much like a mint or refinery (Taksar) purifies gold from its base impurities.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि यहाँ न तो हीरों की बोरियाँ हैं और न ही हंसों की कतारें। यहाँ सिंहों जैसी दहाड़ या शक्ति का प्रदर्शन नहीं है, और न ही कोई साधु अपनी टोली या बाहरी दिखावे के साथ चल रहा है। यह वास्तविक आध्यात्मिक मार्ग बाहरी वैभव और सामाजिक समूहों से पूरी तरह मुक्त है।

Meaning: Kabir asserts that in the realm of true spirituality, there are no sacks of diamonds nor rows of swans. There is no roar of lions to signify power, nor do saints travel in organized congregations. He emphasizes that the path to the Divine is devoid of material wealth, superficial elegance, and the vanity of collective religious identity.

अर्थ: संसार विभिन्न रंगों और लहरों की तरह विविधतापूर्ण है, लेकिन मन उस सार या मकरंद (अमृत) को नहीं पहचान पाता जो इन सबके पीछे छिपा है। कबीर कहते हैं कि इस रहस्य को समझने के लिए साधारण बुद्धि नहीं, बल्कि उस अलौकिक या दिव्य ज्ञान (अकल कला) की आवश्यकता है जो अहंकार से परे है।

Meaning: The world is a kaleidoscope of diverse colors and undulating waves, yet the mind fails to perceive the hidden essence or the nectar (makrand) within. Kabir proclaims that to grasp this profound mystery, one must transcend ordinary intellectual reasoning and employ a divine, transcendental wisdom that exists beyond the limitations of the ego.
