अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि दुनिया में लाखों उच्च कुल के लोग और करोड़ों विद्वान पंडित मिल जाएंगे, लेकिन एक सच्चे, समर्पित भक्त की विनम्रता और प्रेम के सामने इन सबका अहंकार और ज्ञान तुच्छ है। भक्ति की शक्ति किसी भी सांसारिक प्रतिष्ठा या किताबी ज्ञान से कहीं अधिक भारी और मूल्यवान है।

Meaning: Kabir asserts that while one may find millions of people born into noble lineages and tens of millions of learned scholars, none of their prestige or intellectual prowess can outweigh the spiritual weight of a single devoted seeker. The purity of a devotee's love transcends all social status and academic achievement.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि जिस प्रकार सांसारिक लोग मोह, लोभ और अहंकार के वश में होकर जीवन व्यतीत करते हैं, एक सच्चा साधु या आध्यात्मिक साधक वैसा व्यवहार नहीं करता। जो व्यक्ति केवल बाहरी दिखावे या पाखंडी तौर-तरीकों का पालन करता है, उसे साधु कहना पूरी तरह गलत है।

Meaning: Kabir asserts that the conduct of a true seeker or saint is fundamentally different from the ways of the worldly people, who are driven by attachment, greed, and ego. One who merely mimics spiritual gestures or engages in pretentious behavior cannot be called a 'Sadhu' or a realized soul.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि एक साधक को सदैव जागरूक और विनम्र रहना चाहिए, उसका शरीर और मन प्रसन्न रहे। उसकी बुद्धि विकारों से मुक्त और गंभीर हो, और उसके स्वभाव से धैर्य और करुणा की निरंतर वर्षा होती रहे।

Meaning: Kabir suggests that for spiritual elevation, one must cultivate solitude and distance themselves from the company of lust and worldly attachments. The truly exalted saints, who have mastered their senses, radiate a divine, cooling light and serenity that serves as a testament to their inner purity.

अर्थ: जिस प्रकार गाय का बछड़ा रक्त और गंदगी को छोड़कर केवल दूध को ग्रहण करता है, उसी प्रकार एक सच्चा साधु या आध्यात्मिक व्यक्ति संसार की बुराइयों और दोषों को त्यागकर केवल गुणों और सत्य को ग्रहण करता है।

Meaning: Just as a calf instinctively ignores the blood and impurities to seek only the pure milk of its mother, a true seeker or 'Sadhu' consciously discards the flaws and negativity of the world to embrace only the virtues and divine essence.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि जब आकाश से कोई प्रलयंकारी आपदा या दैवीय न्याय टूटता है, तो उसे रोकने की शक्ति किसी में नहीं होती। लेकिन जो साधु, सती और शूरवीर हैं, उनका जीवन और उनकी आत्मा इस भौतिक जगत के उतार-चढ़ाव और विनाशकारी प्रवृत्तियों से ऊपर उठकर एक अलग, आध्यात्मिक धरातल पर संचालित होती है।

Meaning: Kabir asserts that when a cosmic upheaval or divine decree descends from the heavens, no mortal power can withstand or halt its force. However, the lives of the saintly, the virtuous, and the courageous operate on a plane beyond these material fluctuations, remaining untouched by the destructive games of the physical world.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि जिस प्रकार हंस (उड़गण) और चंद्रमा (सुधाकरा) दोनों जल के साथ रहते हैं, लेकिन जल उन्हें स्पर्श नहीं करता या उन्हें भिगोता नहीं, उसी प्रकार एक सच्चा साधु इस भौतिक संसार में रहकर भी सांसारिक मोह-माया के बंधनों से पूरी तरह मुक्त रहता है।

Meaning: Kabir explains that just as the swan (Udgan) and the moon (Sudhakara) coexist with water without being drenched or submerged by it, a true seeker or sage resides within the material world yet remains entirely untouched by its attachments and illusions.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि सच्चे साधु, पतिव्रता स्त्री और वीर योद्धा के जीवन में कोई पर्दा या छिपाव नहीं होता। वे पूर्णतः पारदर्शी और सत्यनिष्ठ होते हैं। जिस प्रकार एक योद्धा अपने सिर पर पगड़ी बांधकर और कमर में कपड़ा कसकर पूरी तैयारी के साथ प्रहार करता है, वैसे ही ये व्यक्तित्व अपने सिद्धांतों पर अडिग रहकर जीवन के संघर्षों का सामना करते हैं।

Meaning: Kabir asserts that for the true seeker, the virtuous soul, and the brave warrior, there is no veil or deception. Their lives are characterized by absolute transparency and integrity. Just as a warrior binds his turban and girds his loins to strike a decisive blow, these individuals confront the illusions of existence with unwavering resolve and total openness.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि जो भाव या विचार बाहरी दुनिया में प्रकट होता है, वही वास्तव में भीतर गहराई में बसा होता है। मनुष्य के आंतरिक और बाहरी व्यक्तित्व में कोई भेद नहीं होना चाहिए; जो सत्य भीतर है, वही बाहर प्रतिबिंबित होना चाहिए।

Meaning: Kabir asserts that the disposition or emotion displayed on the surface is merely a reflection of what is deeply embedded within. There should be no duality between the internal state and external expression; whatever resides inside must be the only thing that manifests outside.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि जब हृदय में सद्गुरु के चरणों का वास हो जाता है, तो अन्य बाहरी देवताओं या सांसारिक मोह-माया की आवश्यकता नहीं रहती। साथ ही, वे संयमित और अल्प आहार लेने की सलाह देते हैं, क्योंकि अत्यधिक भोजन और इच्छाएं मानसिक शांति को नष्ट करती हैं और तृष्णा को बढ़ाती हैं।

Meaning: Kabir asserts that when the heart is anchored in the refuge of the True Guru, the need for external deities or worldly attachments vanishes.
