अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि जब मनुष्य अपने भीतर के अहंकार और अज्ञान के पर्दे को हटा देता है, तब उसे परमात्मा का साक्षात दर्शन होता है। वह ईश्वर, जो अत्यंत प्रेममयी और करुणामय है, अंततः उस आत्मा का सच्चा साथी बन जाता है जिसने स्वयं को जान लिया है।

Meaning: Kabir suggests that when a human lifts the veil of ego and ignorance from within their own heart, the Divine reveals itself face-to-face. The Lord, who is infinitely loving and compassionate, becomes the ultimate companion to the soul that has finally recognized its own true nature.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि केवल वह परमात्मा (खालिक) ही वास्तव में जागृत है, जबकि संसार के अन्य सभी जीव अज्ञानता की गहरी नींद में सोए हुए हैं। जिस मनुष्य का मन सांसारिक विषयों और कामनाओं के विष से भरा हुआ है, वह वास्तव में ईश्वर की सच्ची भक्ति या दासत्व (समर्पण) में सक्षम नहीं हो सकता, क्योंकि वासनाएँ सत्य के मार्ग में बाधा हैं।

अर्थ: केवल एक उच्च या प्रतिष्ठित परिवार में जन्म लेने से कोई व्यक्ति महान नहीं बन जाता, यदि उसके कर्म निम्न और अनैतिक हैं। जिस प्रकार सोने के कलश में यदि शराब भरी हो, तो वह सोने की चमक के बावजूद सज्जनों और साधुओं द्वारा निंदा का पात्र ही बनता है, उसी प्रकार कुलीनता का कोई मूल्य नहीं यदि चरित्र दूषित है।

Meaning: Being born into a high or prestigious lineage does not make a person noble if their actions remain lowly and unethical. Just as a golden pot filled with liquor is despised by the wise and the holy despite its outward brilliance, a noble birth holds no value if the character is corrupted.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि ईश्वर के स्मरण का अभ्यास उसी धैर्य और सावधानी से करना चाहिए जैसे एक पनिहारिन सावधानी से पानी का घड़ा भरती है। आध्यात्मिक जागृति और ध्यान की प्रक्रिया जल्दबाजी में नहीं, बल्कि धीरे-धीरे और निरंतर जागरूकता के साथ होनी चाहिए ताकि मन की एकाग्रता बनी रहे।

Meaning: Kabir advises that the practice of remembrance (Sumiran) should be approached with the same patience and precision as a water-carrier fills her pot. अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि यह संसार माया रूपी एक ऐसी कड़ाही (चूहड़ी) है जिसमें हम सब पक रहे हैं। इस मोह-माया के बंधन को तोड़कर स्वयं को मुक्त करो। यहाँ तक कि पिता और पुत्र जैसे गहरे पारिवारिक संबंधों का मोह भी आत्मा की मुक्ति के मार्ग में बाधा बन सकता है, इसलिए किसी भी सांसारिक आसक्ति में न फंसें।

Meaning: Kabir asserts that this world is like a cooking pot (chuhadi) of Maya, where all beings are being simmered in illusion. He urges the seeker to break free from this entrapment. Even the most profound familial bonds, such as those between father and son, can become shackles of attachment that hinder the soul's liberation; thus, one must transcend all worldly clinging.
