अर्थ: ईश्वर की सच्ची संगति और आत्म-साक्षात्कार से मन में शीतलता आती है और सांसारिक मोह-माया की तपन समाप्त हो जाती है। जब परमात्मा स्वयं हृदय के भीतर प्रकट होते हैं, तब साधक को वह परम आनंद और शांति प्राप्त होती है जो दिन-रात निरंतर बनी रहती है, ठीक वैसे ही जैसे एक मधुर बांसुरी की धुन आत्मा को तृप्त कर देती है।

Meaning: Through the company of the Divine and the realization of the Self, the mind attains a profound coolness, extinguishing the scorching heat of worldly attachment. When the Divine manifests within the inner heart, the seeker attains a state of eternal bliss and serenity, akin to the soothing melody of a flute that resonates through every moment of existence.

अर्थ: जब साधक ने अपने मन को पूरी तरह से ध्यान में केंद्रित किया, तब उसे उस परम तत्व (सत्य) की प्राप्ति हुई और वह अपने भौतिक शरीर के अस्तित्व को भूल गया। जैसे ही उसने उस दिव्य शब्द या शून्य की ध्वनि से अपना आंतरिक स्नान किया, उसके जीवन की सारी तड़प, मानसिक ताप और दुखों की जलन समाप्त हो गई और उसे परम शांति और शीतलता का अनुभव हुआ।

Meaning: When the seeker anchored the mind in unwavering meditation, the ultimate Essence was realized, and the consciousness of the physical body dissolved. Upon performing a spiritual bath in the resonance of the Divine Sound or the Void, the scorching heat of worldly desires and mental anguish vanished, replaced by an eternal, cooling serenity.

अर्थ: यह दोहा उस परम आनंद की अवस्था का वर्णन करता है जहाँ आत्मा (हंस) ज्ञान के मानसरोवर में गोते लगा रही है। जब साधक को आत्म-साक्षात्कार हो जाता है और वह मोक्ष के मोतियों का स्वाद चख लेता है, तो वह इस दिव्य शांति को छोड़कर पुनः संसार के मायाजाल में नहीं जाना चाहता।

Meaning: This couplet describes the state of supreme bliss where the soul, symbolized as a swan, frolics in the lake of pure consciousness. Once the seeker tastes the pearls of liberation and divine knowledge, they find such profound contentment that they no longer wish to fly back into the illusions of the material world.

अर्थ: जब हृदय के भीतर अनहद नाद (अनाहत ध्वनि) गूंजने लगता है और आध्यात्मिक आनंद का झरना बहने लगता है, तब ब्रह्म ज्ञान का उदय होता है। उस समय वह अविगत या अज्ञात परमात्मा अंतरात्मा में प्रकट होता है और साधक प्रेमपूर्ण ध्यान में लीन हो जाता है।

Meaning: When the unstruck sound (Anhad Naad) resonates within and the fountain of spiritual bliss flows, the knowledge of the Absolute (Brahman) awakens. In this state, the previously unknown Divine manifests within the soul, and the seeker becomes absorbed in a meditation of pure, unconditional love.

अर्थ: कबीर परमात्मा से प्रार्थना करते हैं कि वे उनकी आँखों के भीतर समा जाएँ और उनकी पलकें बंद कर दें। वे चाहते हैं कि उनकी दृष्टि बाहरी दुनिया के मायावी प्रपंचों से पूरी तरह कट जाए, ताकि वे किसी और को न देखें और न ही कोई बाहरी प्रभाव उन्हें विचलित कर सके, केवल परमात्मा का ही साक्षात्कार हो।

Meaning: Kabir prays to the Divine to enter within his eyes and close his eyelids. He seeks a state of complete sensory withdrawal where he no longer perceives the illusory distractions of the external world, nor allows any external influence to penetrate his consciousness, ensuring that only the Absolute Truth remains visible.

अर्थ: यदि मन पूरी तरह से केवल एक परमात्मा (परम सत्य) में लीन हो जाए, तो व्यक्ति सांसारिक मोह-माया और द्वंद्वों से मुक्त होकर पूर्ण शांति प्राप्त करता है। इसके विपरीत, जो व्यक्ति एक साथ दो अलग-अलग दिशाओं या इच्छाओं में मन लगाता है, वह अंततः विफलता, मानसिक अशांति और जीवन के कड़वे अनुभवों का सामना करता है।

Meaning: If the mind becomes completely absorbed in the One (the Supreme Truth), the seeker transcends all worldly attachments and dualities to find absolute liberation. Conversely, one who attempts to play two different tunes or pursue conflicting desires simultaneously will inevitably face failure, mental turmoil, and the harsh slaps of destiny.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि कलियुग के इस दौर में मनुष्य ने अपनी बुद्धि और अहंकार के कारण अनेक प्रकार के भ्रम और मानसिक द्वंद्व पैदा कर लिए हैं। लेकिन वे लोग जिन्होंने अपने हृदय को केवल उस एक निराकार परमात्मा (एक) से जोड़ लिया है, वे संसार की उथल-पुथल के बीच भी नवनीत (मक्खन) की तरह कोमल, शुद्ध और परम सुख की नींद में लीन रहते हैं।
