अर्थ: जब हृदय रूपी पिंजरे में ईश्वरीय प्रेम का प्रकाश फैलता है, तब अनंत योग की जागृति होती है। जब संसार के प्रति मोह और आसक्ति पूरी तरह समाप्त हो जाती है, तब वास्तविक सुख की प्राप्ति होती है क्योंकि आत्मा का मिलन अपने प्रियतम परमात्मा से हो जाता है।

Meaning: When the light of divine love illuminates the cage of the body, the infinite union of yoga awakens. Once the illusory attachments of the worldly existence are completely severed, true bliss emerges, for the soul has finally reunited with its Eternal Beloved.

अर्थ: जब हृदय रूपी पिंजरे में ईश्वरीय प्रेम का प्रकाश फैलता है, तो आत्मा के भीतर का सारा अंधकार मिट जाता है। जैसे कस्तूरी मृग के भीतर ही सुगंध होती है, वैसे ही जब यह आंतरिक सत्य जागृत होता है, तो व्यक्ति की वाणी से स्वतः ही प्रेम और दिव्यता की सुगंध फूटने लगती है।

Meaning: When the light of divine love illuminates the cage of the physical body, the inner darkness vanishes completely. Just as the musk resides within the deer, once the inner truth is awakened, the fragrance of divinity and love spontaneously emanates from the seeker's every word and action.

अर्थ: यह दोहा आत्मा की उस तीव्र अवस्था का वर्णन करता है जहाँ साधक सांसारिक मोह और भौतिक सुखों के ऊँचे सिंहासनों को त्यागकर पूर्ण समर्पण की स्थिति में पहुँच जाता है। यहाँ मीरा के माध्यम से यह बताया गया है कि जब ईश्वर के प्रति प्रेम चरम पर होता है, तब व्यक्ति दुनिया के हर सहारे को छोड़ देता है और केवल परमात्मा की कृपा की कामना करता है, क्योंकि अब उसे किसी अन्य सांसारिक साथी की आवश्यकता नहीं रह जाती।

Meaning: This couplet describes the intense state of the soul where the seeker transcends the high pedestals of worldly attachments and material pleasures to reach a state of total surrender. Through the figure of Meera, it conveys that when love for the Divine reaches its zenith, the individual relinquishes all earthly supports and seeks only the grace of the Almighty, for they no longer require the companionship of any mortal being.

अर्थ: जब हृदय के भीतर अनहद नाद (अनाहत ध्वनि) गूंजने लगता है और आध्यात्मिक आनंद का झरना बहने लगता है, तब ब्रह्म ज्ञान का उदय होता है। उस समय वह अविगत या अज्ञात परमात्मा अंतरात्मा में प्रकट होता है और साधक प्रेमपूर्ण ध्यान में लीन हो जाता है।

Meaning: When the unstruck sound (Anhad Naad) resonates within and the fountain of spiritual bliss flows, the knowledge of the Absolute (Brahman) awakens. In this state, the previously unknown Divine manifests within the soul, and the seeker becomes absorbed in a meditation of pure, unconditional love.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि जब अहंकार (ममिता) का पर्दा हट जाता है और प्रेम का द्वार खुलता है, तब उस दयालु परमात्मा का साक्षात्कार होता है। उस क्षण, जीवन के सारे कष्ट और कांटे (सूल) आनंद और सुख में परिवर्तित हो जाते हैं।

Meaning: Kabir asserts that when the veil of 'I-ness' or ego is lifted and the portal of divine love is flung open, one attains the vision of the Compassionate Infinite. In that transformative moment, every thorn of suffering and pain is transmuted into an ocean of eternal bliss.

Meaning: Kabir declares that his love is reserved solely for the Divine Beloved. While there may be many virtuous or learned individuals in the world, his devotion is singular. He asserts that if he should ever smile or converse with another in a way that betrays this sacred bond, may his teeth be dyed blue as a mark of his infidelity.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि जिस स्थान पर पवित्र सिंदूर की रेखा खिंची हो, वहाँ काजल का एक बिंदु भी नहीं लगाया जा सकता। इसी प्रकार, जब आँखों में उस परम रमइया (ईश्वर) का वास हो जाता है, तो संसार की किसी अन्य मोह-माया या दूसरे विचार के लिए वहाँ कोई स्थान शेष नहीं बचता।

Meaning: Kabir asserts that where a line of sacred vermillion is drawn, not even a speck of soot can be placed. Similarly, when the eyes are completely immersed in the presence of the Divine Beloved (Ramaiya), there is absolutely no room left for any other worldly attachment, desire, or duality to enter the consciousness.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि मनुष्य इस विशाल संसार रूपी सागर में एक छोटी सी सीप की तरह है, जो निरंतर प्यास और अतृप्ति की रट लगाए हुए है। वह पूरे समुद्र की विशालता को एक तिनके के समान तुच्छ समझता है, जबकि वास्तव में वह केवल एक बूंद की आस में अपनी पूरी चेतना व्यर्थ गँवा रहा है।
