परमात्मा में विलय (Afterlife) — Kabir Dohas

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि जिस चंदन के वृक्ष को काटकर उसकी जड़ें निकाल दी गईं और उसे पूरी तरह नष्ट कर दिया गया, उस मृत लकड़ी के खोखले हिस्से में अब एक पक्षी ने अपना बसेरा बना लिया है। वह पक्षी उस नष्ट हो चुके वृक्ष के अवशेषों का उपयोग अपने आश्रय के लिए कर रहा है, जिससे उस मृत लकड़ी को एक नया, अप्रत्यक्ष उद्देश्य मिल गया है।

Meaning: Kabir describes a sandalwood tree that has been felled, its roots ripped from the earth, and its life extinguished. However, a bird has now come to dwell within the hollow of this dead wood. The bird utilizes the remains of the destroyed tree for its shelter, thereby granting a renewed, indirect purpose to the lifeless sandalwood.

अर्थ: कबीर दास जी कहते हैं कि अपनी सीमाओं और संकुचित सोच को त्यागकर उस असीम (बेहद) परमात्मा का विचार करो। जब मनुष्य अपनी अहंकारपूर्ण सीमाओं और सांसारिक आसक्तियों को छोड़ देता है, तब वह परमात्मा के साथ एकाकार हो जाता है। इस मिलन में द्वैत पूरी तरह मिट जाता है और आत्मा का परमात्मा में निरंतर निवास शुरू हो जाता है।

Meaning: Kabir urges the seeker to abandon the narrow boundaries of the ego and contemplate the Boundless (Behad). By relinquishing the limitations of the self and the clinging desires of the world, one achieves a divine union. In this embrace, all distinctions between the seeker and the sought vanish, leading to a state of eternal and uninterrupted dwelling in the Absolute.

अर्थ: कबीर कहते हैं कि उन्होंने सीमाओं और बंधनों को त्याग कर उस असीम परमात्मा का अनुभव किया है। अब वे निरंतर उसी अनंतता में लीन हैं। इस असीम चेतना के विस्तृत मैदान में, कबीर अब गहरी शांति और समाधि की अवस्था में विश्राम कर रहे हैं, जहाँ द्वैत पूरी तरह समाप्त हो गया है।

Meaning: Kabir declares that he has transcended all boundaries and limitations to merge with the Infinite. He now exists in a state of perpetual union with the Boundless. In the vast expanse of this limitless consciousness, Kabir rests in a state of profound spiritual slumber, where the distinction between the self and the Divine has utterly vanished.
