Famous Kabir Dohe on Transience of Youth — यौवन की नश्वरता पर कबीर के प्रसिद्ध दोहे

जवानी और सुंदरता क्षणभंगुर हैं; समय के साथ सब कुछ ढल जाता है। (Youth and beauty are fleeting; everything fades with time.)

Kabir saw youth as a borrowed garment that wears thin. Sant Kabir Das watched the young take pride in their beauty and strength, only to see both drain away with the years, and his dohas on the transience of youth hold up a mirror to the vanity of the body.

Kabir's teaching here is not a sadness but a strategy: since youth will not last, use it well; since the body will decline, invest in what does not age — truth, love, and the soul. The dohas in this category give the young a gift of foresight and the old a gift of peace.

कबीर की शिक्षा यौवन की निंदा नहीं है; यह उसकी क्षणभंगुरता की याद है। जो व्यक्ति युवावस्था में भी जानता है कि शरीर नश्वर है, वह आत्मा के काम को टालता नहीं और दिखावे में नहीं उलझता। युवावस्था उनकी दृष्टि में साधना का सबसे अच्छा समय है।
